@EA_Blueberry Any word on how long this will take? I've missed my whole day of playing time, as I've been trying to play for over 8 hrs. The black screen is giving me rage issues lol.

Do you have your account synced up with Apple/Google? If you do, re-installing the game won't result in any lost progress. If you don't have it synced and play on guest mode, uninstalling the app will lose your progress.
We've seen players get around the black screen by reinstalling, but definitely make sure you've synced it up to Google/Apple.- @EA_Blueberry It did work. Thanks
I Got the forced update and then got the black screen so I reinstalled and couldn’t relink my fb so I lost my whole acct. I had thousands of dollars of items and nba cash from S3-S4 and just got a response from EA Help saying sorry hope our sorry is ok.
Nah. Not ok. What can be done? I’m not even on a different device or anything and the game kept delinking my Facebook on its own. This is not acceptable. Could you somehow help?

You said "re-link" so it sounds like you had your progress saved to the cloud. Can you try going to your Facebook app and under Settings>Apps, remove the NBA Live Mobile app from the device you have linked and then try logging in with Facebook again? If it fails again, try logging in from another device. If you did not play on guest mode your progress should still be saved.

- @warmbenchers did they ever fix the problem or did you lose everything smh..sorry is not an answer either they fix it or make sure u have it saved into cloud...cause if i lose my account do to EA fault trust me they will hear from my lawyers and i wouldn't mind to own EA it would be much better if i did own EA like bring back the real auction house not that crap that they're doing now with the bot stuff thats why everyone is leaving Nba live mobile cause they cant seem to get it right!?? and these campaigns they've had sucks and multi year lineup which was false advertising cause theres no multi year at all...they tricked us again with there bull stuff EA get it corrected or you will see many people leaving very soon

We have found the issue and are working on getting this fixed for those who can't play really soon. Well ...
Good news is I can scroll to and past my street lineup without crashing every time
Bad news is that it now crashes when i try to start ANY live event
SMH (shaking my head ... Not cursing )

its doing this(ea screen than black) on madden nfl and ufc too
EDIT: Tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but same thing

Bluestacks is not officially supported.
i know,but ive been using it for a long time( since September)
is there any other way to play on a windows 10? EDIT: that is supported

NBA Live Mobile is developed and supported for iOS and Android devices. While you may have been able to play it in the past on PC, we cannot guarantee it will continue to function normally through game updates, sorry. I got it!!
