Re: N7 Defender Armor missing.
The "N7 Defender Armour" is part of the "N7 Warfare Gear" and should be in the game.

I know, but it's not. Everything else is there from the pack as soon as I get on the Normandy. Valkarie, purana, valiant, hurricane and Eagle. But no defener

I pre-ordered the digital deluxe edition of ME3. So I had all the stuff. Everything is there in my old saves, but if I start a new game. Its gone.
Did you tried to repair the game?
(Origin > Game Library > right click ME3 > Repair / in Steam > right click at MEA > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game cache)

It still could be a problem with the game files.
