What type of Android device do you have and have you tried re-installing the game yet? If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode that progress is lost upon reinstalling.
It sounds like it might be corrupted data from the app's original installation or an update, or the device is not meeting the minimum system requirements. We have some extra steps below worth taking a look at, such as checking to see if you have the latest hardware updates for your device.
