My friend's iphone 7 can't load the game it's stuck with the black Ea loading screen with the nba teams how do we fix this

Has your friend tried reinstalling the app or device? We have some steps below that usually help fix that type of tech issue. If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode that progress is lost upon reinstalling.
