Re: Missing pre-order code (EB Games, not printed on receipt)
I got an ultimate edition version of the game at midnight and no pre-order code is to be found.

Don't worry about it, I did get the code on my receipt but it added nothing to the game at all? Play station store accepted it and recognized it as the EBGames pre-order bonus but nothing was downloaded and no extra packs or anything in the game.
Guess the bonus was lacking as much content as the game is?
Go to the rewards menu in the featured store to access the bonus content.
