Re: Nhl 16 hut charged me for the jumbi rare gold all star pack ans never gave me it

So that about sums it up.  Purchased a Gold Premium HUT pack, it took my payment through PayPal, but an error came up saying pack has been purchased, but to open please log out of HUT and back in. I did so, and also power cycled my Xbox One as per the Twitter recommendations, but my pack has never shown up.  Please either find my missing Gold pack or refund me my purchase price.
