Game transcription isn't part of ease of access settings...
Yeah, I have tried that from the start and that is not the issue. All of the "ease of access" system options (narration, etc) are all turned off. In the game, under accessibility, it is still exactly as depicted in the photos from my original post. The game's accessibility menu has the text to speech, etc., set to "ON" but they are greyed out and not selectable. For some reason my game has been like this since the beta. I have even tried uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times (including trying different hard drives) and that has not fixed it. Nhl20 REFUSES to allow me to change these accessibility options within the games menus.
I can honestly say it completely destroyed my NHL20 experience. I've barely played the game because of this (compared to previous years - I've been playing NHL for 20+ years). Complete waste of $90 (CDN), to this point.
I also have yet to receive any help from EA which is ridiculous after 7+ months.

Hello, @Hkycountry.
You mentioned having the 10 hour trial. Did you try deleting that and downloading the non-trial version?
Yes, I deleted the trial and have tried multiple fresh installs.

Thanks for letting me know.
The only reason we know of this happening is due to those accessibility settings on your console and within the game. Did you go through all of the accessibility settings on your console? It's possible you missed one.
It's there, I dont know why it wouldn't be on yours though
