Just to rule it out completely, can you try a different ethernet cable? I know you're able to play other games wired, but it would be good to be sure. That's really strange.

This is truly one of the strangest things I've heard of when it comes to disconnecting. We'll go through standard troubleshooting to see if it helps though. I'd like you to try alternate DNS servers with these instructions: https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003048283-Changing-DNS-on-Popular-Gaming-Systems-PS4-XBox1-WiiU-. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
