You will both be able to play NHL 20 when it fully releases but only the account that purchased the EA Access will be able to access the trial (at least, that's how it should be).

Same goes for any pre-order bonuses for EA titles. Other games might let you get away with this (for example I can play Destiny 2 season pass stuff).
