Re: EASHL club jerseys default to NHL black one?

Hello, everyone. We're currently investigating this issue. As a workaround, stock branding can be used. That way, the chances of having both teams with the same jerseys is a lot less likely to happen. When we have an update on this, we'll make an announcement.

Update 11/22: This is to be resolved in the patch releasing 11/23.

Update 12/1: We're still experiencing this issue with custom jerseys and are working on a resolution.

    I’m so sick of spending my money on games that don’t work properly. It’s so clear EA doesn’t care about its customers otherwise this would’ve been fixed by now.

    Hi there,

    I am just wondering how this type of thing happens in a full priced AAA game. My club's jerseys that me and my friend spent hours making (because of your clunky menus and load times) are now bugged out and we are forced to wear these generic black "NHL" jerseys.

    Unfortunately this issue is still happening. Every game it removes our jersey and puts us in stock NHL black jerseys. One of our players also defaults to Jordan NHL some games as well.

    @EA_Aljo This is not right @Clappy on twitter stated this would be fixed in the most recent update a day ago. This has been a known issue and it just have been the first thing worked on. There are more people complaining about the Black Jersey Glitch than anything else. It just ridiculous that the community is not being heard, not only on this page but the Community Managers on Twitter are feeding false information. Please FIX THIS. We would like to see this fixed before the start of the Playoff is EASHL Clubs as teams like mine who are already Prestige Clubs be wearing stock brand jerseys. THANK YOU...

    Any updates? This is from a month ago and haven’t had any issues with it until the new “patches” released yesterday?? Now jerseys are all black thought this was an old issue not a new one

    That's not a fix. Fix your game that we pay you for every year just to have the same problems over and over.
