Couch co op on the same system/tv? - You'll be able to do play now, online VS, Ones Now, and maaaaybe HUT as well by looking at the bottom of the team select screen and pressing I think l1/lb to invite more players. You'll be able to invite a guest both offline and online.

I don't think you'll be able to play Be a Pro or Season mode together but each profile will be able to have different save filee

Different system/tv - few exceptions but you should be able to almost play everything minus Ones Now (where that'll be replaced by Ones Eliminator which makes it much harder to match up).

You can create an EASHL team to play together and one of you can invite the other to play HUT games.

You won't be able to play BaP/season mode together this way
