hey, I had BFV via 1 year Access Premier from day one (put 500 hours in it) and got the preorder weapons in BF1, which I loved.

EA Access expired and I bought the full BFV game instead.

1500 hours BF1 and I lost my favourite weapons.

Also the ea help chat guy said he would want to help me but has no tools to give me the bfv preorder weapons back to BF1.

I would love if you could help me since bf1 is my alltime favourite game and its frustrating for me to play the normal federov gun.

so I now had again an EA help chat again.
I send a picture with what your colleague said me:

" I have checked and found that Battlefield 1 has been sunset which means the game has been retired. That's why it's not possible to restore any content in this case. We can help players with technical issues only for sunset games."

"I understand your frustration, however, there is nothing much can be done once the game has been sunset."

"That's why we are unable to restore any content or process refund in this case."

So if someone from EA here can help me getting the Preorder Weapon I would appreciate it alot, it is very very frustrating for me.

Imo it´s just a bug because Premier was new back then, we also did not get preorder weapons in the beginning with Premier and had to get help from Community Manager to get it fixed back then, but this one was obviously forgotten. Can´t be impossible to help us out and defenetly wont break the game.
You can still buy the game and also get new weapons, just like those.

By the way you can order BFV enlister key on cd keys for 16 UK pounds and that will give you the weapons but EA help can´t help me with a key or so. Very frustrating.
