Re: Banned FUT companion app for transfers

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @harit_cfc.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • @EA_Darko Hi - thanks for the response. But like I mentioned above - I did not get a clear response from them. They mentioned: "We have confirmed that your account accessed FIFA servers with something other than FUT or the official Web and Companion apps. Because of this, we will not remove the restrictions on your FIFA Account."

    Is there any way to escalate this further as I'm afraid I will get the same response again.

  • Just wondering if you could provide any answers or extra information to my issue. Three weeks ago I was given FIFA 21 as a gift from a friend as a late x-mas present. Installed the game entered Ultimate team to find out I have been banned from transfer market, I went through EA support and created a case, spoke to support advisor for the next step. It has been three weeks and I have heard nothing from EA as well as spending three weeks with a game I can not really play. Any advice?

  • You guys always say contact so so, but it your way or the highway. You have no regards for your customers. We buy a product we can't even enjoy. 

    Here is my story I went on a 3 frustrating losing streak so I listed all my players to start fresh. I got I think 6millions coins for them all. I bought cR7 and stated building around him. I went to bed woke up there was the email that I was ban. Please look at my sells I have attached the pictures, I have more pictures but only allows me to upload 3. can someone tell where is the violations, if anything I lost coins in the process. They will never say it was a mistake once it banned we are screwed pretty much. I'll never ever play this again. The truth is they don't want anyone to have alot coins unless you're a pro and you publicize their brand. They want you keep buying fifa points the other alternative is trading and monitoring the trade market thx to futwiz.com it easy to buy low sell high. When it come to trading am up there with the best. That is how I made alot of coins. I got nothing to hide all my transactions are there. THIS IS FLAT OUT * *
