Community ManagerHey @jordiciara if you open your library and then select My Game Library you will then be able to right-click on the game tile and select Properties from where you will be able to copy and paste your product key.

If you no longer have access to the email on old account then the best thing to do is take a look at this help article and fill out the account recovery form: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/

Hey so I tried to do this, do I right click in the origin app I downloaded or on the website?
@EA_Darko I have this problem too, and I tried what you said, Origin says there's no games in my library, despite that fact that I got an order confirmation email.
Community ManagerHey @Cerulean-Corvids it could be the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.
