Re: I can't find Product Code for recently purchased Sims 4

Hey @jordiciara if you open your library and then select My Game Library you will then be able to right-click on the game tile and select Properties from where you will be able to copy and paste your product key.

  • @EA_Darko hey i had an old account with the sims 4 on it and i am trying to get back in so i created a new account and tried to activate the sims on this account but my product code is lost. is there anything i can do? because the account i originally bought the sims on i cant log in, and i am stuck here with just the disk.
  • Hey so I tried to do this, do I right click in the origin app I downloaded or on the website?

  • @EA_Darko I have this problem too, and I tried what you said, Origin says there's no games in my library, despite that fact that I got an order confirmation email.

Hey  @Cerulean-Corvids it could be the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.

My problem is i don’t know my product code and i don’t know where to find it because it’s definitely not in my email, when i go to redeem my code like you said i don’t know the code

  • Did you find it? I am having the same problem.

Game is on origin, got several emails but no code at all?
