BF2042 doesn't show up at "https://help.ea.com/en/refund/"
The post there recommends to go to help.ea.com
The other pre-order "Sims 4 cottage life" is in preorder state and can cancel the order.
But I don't understand why BF2042 can't be refunded
I used the same payment method here

If chat is not popping up for you then is it possible to try on a different browser or network?

As mentioned in the first post, I tried different browsers and network and non of them workedI just want my order # 1003746666683 to be canceled
I already have two copies of the game in my origin library

I tested it there @Frederica-chan and live chat opened immediately for me.
If you cannot get it working then I'd recommend sending an email or calling support.

@EA_Darko I've even tried my friend's computer by connecting through teamview, but it didn't work either for me
Can I get a email address which I can contact EA?
Sending the email through EA help webpage is same as creating a chat session. (No response after sending like 30 email requests in this week)

- @EA_Darko Same problem for me. No popup any way I try. You say that the only way to contact live support is through help.ea.com, but the popup does not work!!! I also tried asking for a call back. After 20 min. I never got more than 'do not leave the page we are creating your case'.
I tried repeatedly to order the sims when it was on sale. It went to Paypal, paypal says it was pending EA processing it. There are two PP attempts, I just want one. - EA_Darko4 years ago

Hey @surfselen I tested it just there and was able to create a case in seconds.
Can you try on a different browser to see if you have the same issue?

I also tried FireFox, as the original poster did. I made sure that pop ups were not blocked. I created a case, but no pop up for chat!
ticket: 804422331
Then tried again, but asked for a call:
ticket: 903139163
This time it went one step farther, it gave the ticket # and said that someone would call. It also said that it was emailing a link for the case.
After 45 min still no email. And, obviously no call. The 'contact selection' page said that there was zero wait. I can understand how the phone queue might actually be busy, but the email is almost certainly automated, so why no email?

- @EA_Darko I'm sorry, but that does not make sense. I cannot bypass the Verizon router. I am directly connected to that and then I have Gb bandwidth to the outside. There is no other network. Neither do I have this sort of problem on any other service. I think the problem is on your end. I never got an email with confirmation of the ticket. I do get an email from EA when I change password (successfully), add a phone number (successfully). So, basic communication from EA to me is working just fine. But, no email about the ticket says that there is a problem on the EA side with how tickets are handled.
Could you take the ticket number I mentioned and go into the system and find it and get someone to email me? - EA_Darko4 years ago

Hey @surfselen based on experience and assisting hundreds of people who have seen the issue it is almost always network or system-based.
If you use mobile data can you test on your phone to see if you have the same issue?
I tested it just now again and am able to create a case without issue.Darko
