10 10 10 Badge/ Team Work badge is not showing

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I turn off my PS4, then the next day it shows that my badge is still 7 Kills as per my squad. But originally I already got my 10 10 10 Badge/ Team Work Badge

What happens when the bug occurs? My Kills are not registering when it comes to my profile. We even got the 10 10 10 Badge, and disappeared when I turned on my game. It shows that my highest kills in a squad is 7 but originally its 10

My Kills are not registering when it comes to my profile. We even got the 10 10 10 Badge, and disappeared when I turned on my game. It shows that my highest kills in a squad is 7 but originally its 10. Here are the proofs that we got our Badges.
