Accessing Catalyst banner trackers art in banner editor creates error screen

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Catalyst banner edtior > trackers > Art
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Accessing Art for trackers in catalyst banner edtior
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? irrelevant
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 13 August 2024
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Error screen, back to log in screen.
What should be happening instead? accessing art options for trackers
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go to catalyst banner edtior, acces trackers tab then the art sub-tab

When trying to access tracker arts for catalyst in the banners customization an error screen appears and forcibly logs you out. Happens every time. Have tried restarting Picture included with error message.

In case the picture wouldn't upload properly I am adding the error code here too: ui/panel_banner_trackers_v2.nut#227 [UI] HudElement "GridButton79" could not be found on panel "ScrollPanel".

  • @ZuChai can i ask if youve been playing since the early seasons (1-5~)? because im having the same issue with all my legends and have seen other people with older accounts have the same issue. maybe it could help pin point the problem
  • hello, i play apex legend since 2 season and i have this problem too. I have screen with this error. I hope EA fix it in near time

  • @NManDog And I want to ask if you received a reward for the 33rd level of the combat pass, because I got this error after I received the banners on Loba
  • I had this problem after receiving these banners, before that everything was fine

  • Mine also started after getting the Loba art in battle pass. I've played since around season 3
