APEX CODE DOES NOT GIVE IN-GAME REWARD

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Main menu (Yes I restarted the game/my pc multiple times and waited several hours)
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. N/A
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 3-5
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Today; 11/28/2024
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't receive the in-game currency I bought.
What should be happening instead? I should receive the in-game currency.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It says the transaction "failed" in my payment history, however the code has already been used and cannot be used again.

I recently bought a code for 60 dollars worth of Apex coins. The code says that it was valid and worked, however on EA's end it says that the transaction failed. I have not been able to get my money back, even though the transaction went through. My summary says the total was 59.99; even though I did not receive any APEX COINS. This is not the first time I've had an issue with EA, however I was going to purchase the 100 pack black Friday deal, but by the time I get a response I will have just wasted my time, energy, and money. If there is anyone who is an EA employee that could look into my account and see what the issue is that would be very helpful, thank you.

    Hi @sheluvsluxas,

    To get assistance with purchases, please contact EA Help Support

    If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try: 

    1. Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    2. Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
    3. Select "I want to update my EA Account information" 
    4. Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option

    If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.

  • @EA_cuervo Ive done this three times already and all of the people say to do the same thing over and over again (read your articles that say the problem is with my code, where I got it from, my pc, my internet, everything that I have done wrong) I have quadruple checked and it is EA's fault. Is there any way to get direct messages with an EA employee for 5-10 mins?

    @sheluvsluxas Did you buy the coins directly from the EA app or did you buy a code from a third party website?
