Apex legends game disconnecting freezing lagging unsually high ping every other

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Spawning into the game from dropship and lagging like crazy every other game and freezing also

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? This happens to me 6 games out of 10 for the last few months. Only in this game

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? It is very lagging and stuttering I cannot ping or pick up a weapon then I restart apex and after 3-5 restarts it fixes but usually I spawn in frozen then I have to restart again til it's completely fine.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play the game with no bugs like these. Normal game
