Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unban my account. I haven't even played the game in months and come back to my account which is banned for whatever reason.

Around 2 weeks ago, I tried to log back into Apex after a brief period of dropping the game.
I tried to queue up with some friends but all of a sudden I get a banned message.
I haven't played the game since 2020 and for some reason, I come back to see my account was banned.
I wasn't even good at the game, I just wanted to screw around with friends.
I filed an email w/ a complaint message around 2 weeks ago as well.
But it is still "in progress".
Will they do anything about this or is EA just going to sit idle again?

If you have been banned and you don’t think it’s through any fault of your own then there’s a chance your EA account could have been compromised at some point and got you the ban. I would check all your security settings, make sure 2FA is active and change password to be on the safe side.
If you contacted EA then you should have an open case, you can check your cases here: https://help.ea.com/uk/my-cases/
If a case has been created and is open/in progress then you may need to wait up to 30 days for a response I’m afraid.
If there is no case then you would need to contact the ToS team to start one.

Select Origin>Choose Platform>Manage Account >Banned or Suspended account and then select an available contact option
