Banned? Apex Legend account.

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Mirage
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I got a banned message pre-lobby
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I got a banned message pre-lobby
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? First
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 2 weeks ago
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I got a banned message pre-lobby
What should be happening instead? It should be letting me play the game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unban my account. I haven't even played the game in months and come back to my account which is banned for whatever reason.

My Username is Dream_Yami.

Around 2 weeks ago, I tried to log back into Apex after a brief period of dropping the game.

I tried to queue up with some friends but all of a sudden I get a banned message.

I haven't played the game since 2020 and for some reason, I come back to see my account was banned.

I wasn't even good at the game, I just wanted to screw around with friends.

I filed an email w/ a complaint message around 2 weeks ago as well.
But it is still "in progress".

Will they do anything about this or is EA just going to sit idle again?

    If you have been banned and you don’t think it’s through any fault of your own then there’s a chance your EA account could have been compromised at some point and got you the ban. I would check all your security settings, make sure 2FA is active and change password to be on the safe side.

    If you contacted EA then you should have an open case, you can check your cases here: https://help.ea.com/uk/my-cases/

    If a case has been created and is open/in progress then you may need to wait up to 30 days for a response I’m afraid.

    If there is no case then you would need to contact the ToS team to start one.

    To contact the ToS Team use the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

    Select Origin>Choose Platform>Manage Account >Banned or Suspended account and then select an available contact option

    If you have been banned and you don’t think it’s through any fault of your own then there’s a chance your EA account could have been compromised at some point and got you the ban. I would check all your security settings, make sure 2FA is active and change password to be on the safe side.

  • I was recently playing apex for the first time in months and went into a game and everything was fine until I queued for another and I get a message saying “client account has been banned” having never cheated on any EA games. Does anyone know how I can get support to reply because I have messaged EA support and I am yet to get a reply. Thanks salty

In battlefield 5, my name is situsky, and I bought this game to play on July 3, 2021.   • same to me.around 3 months ago,i tried log in back and then i got banned.I can even lobby and find a match but can't join.Hope to fix this.I didn't cheat on Apex. 🙂
