Breakout Legends challenges progress reset

Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. lobby
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. being in lobby
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? After installing the new update for shadow society my progress in breakout challenges progress reset
What should be happening instead? I should see that i completed challenges for seer, fuse and rampart
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? opening Apex Legends after new update

After installing the new update for shadow society my progress in breakout challenges progress reset. I've completed the challenges for Seer, Fuse and Rampart and now It looks like i didn't do anything...... just makes me unmotivated to play more

We recently released an additional fix to correct a number of other instances where progress was lost for these challenges.

If you've restarted your game and are still missing progress for these particular challenges, please get in touch with our support team directly so they can assist with that recovery.

Please follow the steps here or below to get in touch with support if needed.

On the EA Help homepage, look for your game in the list or enter the title of your game into the search bar.

Select the game you need help with from the search results.

Select the topic that best describes your issue in the Popular help topics section. If you can’t find it there, select See all help topics.

If you select See all help topics, you can find your topic quicker by using the Category list.

For example from the link above, first select Apex Legends, then select I need help restoring my progress in my game.

When I loaded into the game to do the mad Maggie challenges all of the other challenges that I had done
Rampart, seer and fuse
Were not done all that time and effort for nothing

Hi I just log in the game after the update to see the new mad Maggie challenge for the wraith skin and I saw that all my progress was gone all the challenges I have already done got restarted plz help coz no way I need to do this challenges again

@vinnagoblin same thing happened to me and frankly its upsetting and completely unmotivating as all that effort and progress is just gone

What happens when the bug occurs? It won’t have my unlocked legends
What should be happening instead? Giving me my unlocked legends

My breakout challenges reset after the shadow society update, I had unlocked rampart, fuse and seer but after the update it said that I hadn’t unlocked them which is incredibly annoying, anyone else having the same issue?

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was scrolling thru the menu for the Mad Maggie challenges

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I have no desire to reduce the challenges the rampart ones are time consuming and annoying
What should be happening instead? They should be 100 percent done except for the maggie

After the game updated for the Shadow Society event. I checked my breakout legends challenges to see what I needed to do for Mad Maggie, and I noticed that I lost my progress on the first 3 Legends. I was wondering if anyone had the same issue I have.
