What should be happening instead? Legends can only craft banners with a support legend on their squad.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure how to replicate, clearly an edge case is occurring in the game logic as this is does not always happen, but happens enough to assume that it is reproducible under the right circumstances.

I was spectating another player when I saw them craft on a team composed of Bangalore, Valkyrie, and Octane. Last I checked, none of those are support legends.
