Cant buy Azure Gaze (crypto skin)

I 2 am having this problem and is very making me very sad all because my cat walked on my keyboard and opened up an apex pack which had the banner now I can not get my favourite heros skin. sadge  😢

Sorry, if you own one of the items in the bundle already- in this case the banner- the bundle won't be purchasable. 

If this changes or there's an update on the matter we'll be sure to let folks know. 

That makes no sense. I dont even care about the stupid banner and im willing to buy the bundle anyways because its obviously the skin that I care about but im not allowed to buy it because I already have a banner i dont want, even though Im willing to buy it anyways? It makes no sense. If i want to buy the banner twice to own the skin I feel like I should be able to do that. I dont even want the banner in the first place. Nobody cares about the banner lol

@EA_DavidAt the very least can you release the skin on its own and give players a chance to buy it who dont already own it? Its kind of an uncool move to flash it in front of our face how we cant buy this cool skin because we already own some dumb banner we never asked for. What exactly is the goal with this? To tick people off? Lol im not trying to be rude I just dont understand. If discounts are so terrible for you because we already own the least cool part of the "bundle" then let me at least have the option to pay full price or to buy the skin full price on its own. I would much rather do that then to be taunted with something cool im not allowed to buy just because I happen to own some crappy banner by pure chance. Please give me the option to buy something I dont own, provide me with a clear path to own something rather than block access because of something so arbitrary.

Saying the banner is a "core item" is nonsense. The skin is the core item. The banner is the wrapping paper that nobody cares about

This makes no sense, why not have a secondary option like the bloodhound bundle that allows the skin to be purchased individually? Ive spent hundreds on boxes going for heirlooms so obviously there is a chance that the banner is already obtained....

the white lightning octane bundle had the same glitch last week, it'll probably be resolved soon like the octane bundle was bc it involves not being able to purchase something and respawn doesn't want to lose money 

I have the same bug. Usually, bundles just become cheaper when you own one of its items! I shouldn't be prevented from buying just because I got an item in the past!

This feels like a weird change that is going on. I've always liked it that if you previously owned an item in the bundle, the cost of the bundle is reduced so that you are only paying for the other items.

Like, if I wanted to get this Crypto skin and I already got this frame, why does that stop me from being rewarded for playing the game and allowing me to purchase this bundle at a reduced cost, so I can both enjoy the skin and apex packs.

Please fix this because you are just losing potential sales because you limit a portion of players that now can't purchase the package at all.

Exact same thing, as a 62k crypto this pisses me off, it happens with other event bundles as well at random times
