Can't log in - Code 100

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:Nintendo Switch

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. 0
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. 0

So I download apex legends and I open it.

So I click to play fo the firts time and its said retry and connection imposible to your EA account (code 100) Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect for more.

So I cant go to the lobby ,I just have the first image when you open the game

    When you have the chance please check and make sure that your Nintendo Switch is set to the correct date and time in the system settings. I've seen some cases where having the wrong date or time on the console can cause this error.

    Hmm, I see. I'm wondering if this might actually be an account-related issue rather than something with the Switch itself. When you've got the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. 

    For more information on how you can set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you prefer.

    Usually that particular error comes up because of the system clock, but if that's not the case it could also be connection-related. If nothing else you've tried so far has helped it might be best to try getting in touch with Nintendo Support to see if they have any other recommendations.

  • Hi i have no idea how this thing works and i am just wondering if you can help me. I can not log into my account not this one but my other one that i play apex on my switch with. It sent me a email saying that i have a account but when i try to log in it says that there is not account. I also get this thing that pops up on my screen every time that i get a win it says error then sometimes i dont even get the win or the xp. I was just wondering if there was anyway that you can help me figure this out.
