What happens when the bug occurs? The game gives me an error (Code:net) and disconnects me from the game. It would take me 5-10 minutes just to reconnect back to the game.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to queue in a match.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug usually happens when I'm on the main menu. It always happens once I start queuing for a match most of the time then the game would disconnect me and the code net error would occur. When I do get to queue in a match, the bug does not occur anymore.
I've been having this bug frequently, this makes my game literally unplayable since it would disconnect me. I've already tried resetting my router, the application, and even the PS4 hardware itself, and it does not seem to fix itself. I use Ethernet Cable for my wifi connection, and I usually play in Tokyo Servers. This bug has been happening for about 3 days, this bug frustrates me since it would take longer for me to reconnect. I hope that this information may help solve this bug sooner. I appreciate the cooperation.
