Defiance Pack not added on Steam

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Steam DLC Page
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Purchasing DLC
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? When I logged into the game after purchasing the Defiance pack on Steam, the credits and rare Maggie skin were not added to my account.
What should be happening instead? I should be given the credits and skin I purchased.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchasing the Defiance Pack and logging into Apex, only to discover the DLC you had just bought was not added to your account.

    I'm not sure if this is a different aspect of my same problem, but when I bought packs and coins on Origin/EA website I did not get the items in-game on Steam (where I play).

    I had to install the game through Origin launcher and login into Apex there, where the items would register on my account and then log in on Steam where I would then see the items. It was annoying, but it was the only way i got them to show up on my Steam version.

    I cannot say if this same thing would have happened if I had bought the items through Steam, but just fyi and hope this info helps you in some way.

    I saw this comment, can you try it?

    If you can't get what's given in the pack:
    1.log out of steam
    2.verify game files

    then enter the game the package will come automatically

    Re-evaluate negative comments later. <3
