Disappearing Weapon Skins

Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. After taking 3 days of the game
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Was not playing the game for 3 days
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 10+
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 11.02.2019
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I unlocked a skin in the game called "In the Game" for the weapon VK-47, the same day the game was released, and thought nice first skin i got and then played the rest of the day without any issues. After my gaming session that day i put a hold of playing the game for about 2 days or so and thought it was a good idea to jump back into the action and started my gaming session by opening some apex packs, and unlocked some skins for the VK-47 and that's when i realized that the skin had dissapeard without any notice about it. Also to be noted is that there were 41 skins available when i unlocked this skin and now there is only 40. Here is a picture of the missing skin for all that is intrested: https://imgur.com/a/ww6ED52
What should be happening instead? The skin should be there and if removed a compesation or atleast a note from the devs should be in place.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Kind of impossible i would think, as the skin magicly dissapeard.
