EA charged me twice

I bought "Apex Legends™: Ultimate Battle Pass Split 2" but when I checked my bank, I found EA changed me two times and when I back to EA history I found two orders for same "Ultimate Battle Pass Split 2" at same day

    @whitewolfapex Does the second charge show up here: https://help.ea.com/en/refund/

    If it does, you should be able to refund it that way.

    If it doesn't, you would still need to contact EA Support. (Which, due to the holidays, some of the support channels are offline right now, so that may be why you're not seeing the option to open up a case).
