Game crashes when trying to exit the "MATCH SUMMARY" screen

What happens when the bug occurs? When clicking on the "CONTINUE" button on the "MATCH SUMMARY" screen, the game crashed.
What should be happening instead? When the "CONTINUE" button on the "MATCH SUMMARY" screen is clicked, the game should return to the main menu.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This only happened to me once after a single match. I don't know why, but here's the steps I took before this issue occurred: 1. Opened Apex Legends. 2. Queued into a game of Team Deathmatch on the Zeus Station map as Conduit. I had no other players in my lobby. I was matched with two other players, who played Wattson and Seer. 3. Won the game. 4. Was shown the "MATCH SUMMARY" screen. When trying to exit the screen by clicking the "CONTINUE" button, the game crashed.

As mentioned above, after playing a single game of Team Deathmatch on the Zeus Station map as Conduit, I couldn't get out of the "MATCH SUMMARY" screen without the game crashing. I tried restarting the game, restarting my computer, and doing a graphics card update, but the game would still immediately load into the "MATCH SUMMARY" screen and then crash when I pressed "CONTINUE"

I then tried verifying the game files in Steam. After doing so, the game loaded into the menu instead of going to the "MATCH SUMMARY" screen. However, clicking on the button in the bottom-right of the main menu to bring up the "MATCH SUMMARY" screen and then clicking the "CONTINUE" button would still crash the game. I tried playing another game (this time Control on the Barometer map as Conduit, which I also won), and when the game showed me the "MATCH SUMMARY" screen this time, it didn't crash when clicking "CONTINUE". I played several more Mixtape games and it has yet to reoccur.
