What happens when the bug occurs? I get kicked out of the game with following MSG: There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again ------------------- gamemodes/cl_gamemode_survival.nut#1144 [CLIENT] WeaponModCommand: Changing multiple mods during the same command is not currently supported.
What should be happening instead? Weapon Mode should be switched. (Since scrolling of the mousewheel is some amount of Input, maybe block redundant Input, so the mode only changes once with every "scrolling-gesture")
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just set "Change weapon mode" to MOUSEWHEEL_SCROLLING_DOWN and go to training or start an Apex-Match. Then when you have a weapon with multiple modes in hand, make a rapid scrolling down gesture. You should be instantly kicked out of the game with the given error MSG. (I'm not sure if its relevant, but my mouse doesn't have a "free scrolling mode", so it clicks while scrolling.)

What happens when the bug occurs? Using a Razer mouse that has 12 buttons on the sides that signify (1 through =) on the keyboard. I use 4 to use my healing supplies, and I've found if I fatfinger 7 while also hitting 4, my game will crash to menu with an error saying: There was a problem processing game logic. What should be happening instead? Not crashing
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Rapidly press 7 after pressing 4, most commonly on a numpad in a mouse

Really need a hotfix for this, i'm using the same mouse as the OP and my game has crashed almost every single match.

What should be happening instead? I shouldn't disconnect I imagine.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Pick up medic item, open medic menu and while it is open press 6, 7 or 8 key. As a Razer Naga mouse user this was causing disconnect due to accidental pressing of 7 when holding the 4 key, which are next to each other on the mouse keys.

During a match while using a medical kit I opened the selection wheel and was kicked from the match. The attached video shows the 30 seconds or so of events leading up to the error. This is the only time it has happened but figured the video may help track down the issue.

What should be happening instead? Scan should reveal silhouettes of enemies in the ability's range
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure what the specific steps to reproduce this bug but it might have something to do with caustic mine because it was just after one of the mines were triggered.

There is an issue with Bloodhound sonar scan ability's logic that will crash and send the player to the initial screen after a scan. It happened in a fight against an enemy Caustic when a mine was triggered with a shot.
