Game says I have ban, when i have no history of bans????

What happens when the bug occurs? Game kicks me back out to startup screen and displays message that "players client game account has been banned: banned." I haven't played the game in months so I shouldn't have any bans and on my main EA website it says I do not have anything under my ban history. I don't use any 3rd party software when I did play the game awhile back. I've tried changing servers, but the same error code pops up. Not sure whats happening. HELP!
What should be happening instead? I shouldn't have any ban on my account.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch game, choose game mode, when game is found; get kicked back to launch screen of the game itself.

Sorry for any confusion there. It's briefly mentioned in that second paragraph you screenshot, but certain in-game bans or suspensions will not show up on that page.
If you're seeing a ban message in-game, please do create an appeal with our Terms of Service team regardless of what's showing up on that page. They'll be able to look into that for you further and will reach back out via email, thanks.
