Everyone seems to be getting this on PS5 today. Here is a fix:
Go to the settings under "User and account > other > console sharing and offline play" disable the sharing and save the settings. It will log you out so when you log back in go enable the setting again.

- @pandareno1999 Didn’t work for me, I get the same pop up on the PS5 version, doesn’t seem to actually affect anything but it’s annoying.
This worked for me only when I disregarded the “enable this setting again” part. When I left this setting disabled and restarted, I got no message and communications worked as normal
Better solution. just go to Family Parental Controls>PS5 Console Restrictions>enter password 4xSqare(0000) and set everything to Dont't Restrict

Did not work for me... I also tried the original direction of disabling the share settings and that did NOT work either... I have no parental controls on my account yet it acts like I do... all my PS5 defaults are set to "DO NOT RESTRICT" and everything... been dealing with this all morning and I have confirmed that ALL my accounts have verified emails and security and everything... it is completely locking me out from playing CHEL and I am beyond frustrated... the GAME IS UNPLAYABLE....
