I didn't receive the free ash unlockbundle

I purchased the free ash unlockbundle from the Epic Games store but i didnt receive the launch skin in Apex Legends despite it showing the screen that i would have received it.

    Thank you that you pointed out the skin name, I just found it in my legend locker.

    It seems that the problem was fixed a while ago and is simply didn't notice the new skin in the locker.

    I am deeply sorry to have bothered you and want to apologise for my mistake.

    @FireStrikexHD Hey, have you received any new S23 content (badges, skins etc)?

    Coul you please attach here a screenshot of your lobby (showing your username) and Ash Loadout?

    @FireStrikexHD  As mentioned by @EA_Mari, can you share a screenshot of your lobby, (with your username shown), as well as the skins you have for Ash? (The skin from the bundle will be an Epic skin called "Burning Chrome" with a birthday cake event icon).

    @FireStrikexHD Its all good. I'm glad you were able to locate the cosmetic in your legend locker.

    There's also no need to feel bad either. You were reporting what you thought was bugged in Apex, (and that's what this part of the forums is for!)
