I keep getting ranked games with a teammate missing

What happens when the bug occurs? When i load into a ranked game it only loads in 1 teammate resulting in only 2 people in the game or a 2v3 for the entire game.
What should be happening instead? It should load in both teammates making it a 3v3
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a few ranked games i got it for about half of mine, seems to be worst in solo queue.
Possibly related to server connection issues on server side
