What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was trying to get into the game

What happens when the bug occurs? Infinite black loading screen with Apex loading GIF at the bottom right and finally CODE:PIN Infinite loading time at the lobby. It says Loading: "Map Name" (Replace Map Name with the current map)
What should be happening instead? It should be quickly load me into the lobby and secondly, it should say matchmaking instead of "loading map name"
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By trying to play the game.
Loading is broken/infinite after Genesis Update.
After I launch the game and choose the server and continue, I am met with an infinite loading screen (black with apex legends loading gif at the bottom right corner). But if I wait for a long time, it actually loads me into the lobby after a CODE:PIN error. Next, I try to get into the game from the lobby and then again I'm met with infinite loading time (it should say matchmaking but it just says loading: worlds edge/kings canyon) and then sits there. If I wait 5+ mins, it eventually loads me into the game.
To clarify, I have never experienced this before the Genesis update and I am pretty sure that there is something broken in the update.
I have tried to:
- Verify, repair many times
- Change the language of the game to force an update
- Disconnect and reconnect USB devices
- Installed all Windows update
- Updated graphics driver
- Change graphics settings within game.
None of this works and now I'm waiting for a patch that fixes this issue.
