Lost All Skins and Legends After Linking

What happens when the bug occurs? My level and progress in the event is the same, but all my skins and legends I had purchased are gone.
What should be happening instead? I should see my skins and legends that I paid for.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
I wanted to take advantage of the Amazon Prime Gaming stuff so I went through a long process of linking everything. Once I was done, I booted up the game and my character was standing in the lobby with an exclusive skin on. I then went to the "legends" tab and noticed all my purchased legends were greyed out but when I hovered over them they still had the skins I had previously gotten on them. So, I reloaded the game to hopefully fix the problem. Instead, all my legends were reset and I was left with only the base legends and no skins. However, my progress in the event and my level were still the same. I am extremely displeased by this.
