I'm just coming back to the game now after not playing since season 1. Saw there was an issue with an exploit where people could get the skin for free and saw that players lost the skin after an update in season 2. Though the claims from Respawn and EA say that these have been fixed and they only removed the skin from exploited accounts. Well I got the skin legitimately through Twitch Prime at the time and coming back to the game yesterday, I couldn't select it.

My Pathfinder had it equipped so I could see him wearing it on the skin select menu, but couldn't pick it. Then I find today that he isn't using it at all anymore, just the default one, with absolutely no way to select it again.

I've now talked with someone from Amazon support since they run Prime Gaming who had be unlink and relink my EA, Amazon, and Twitch accounts with no success. I was then referred to EA support as they would allegedly have direct access to the account. Only to find that EA doesn't give their help direct access to the account and Sunita, as helpful and polite as she could be, wasn't able to help me with this issue. She said she would contact the appropriate teams and told me I could try to submit a post here to see if I can get the issue resolved. Hopefully this works, as I have no ideas what else to do to get my favorite pathfinder skin back.

Looked up the issue and others have had the issue from around the time of season. Hadn't played since early season 1 so was unaware of losing the skin. Tried reconnect to amazon and reinstalling apex. Chat support directed me to post here.

Thanks, for bringing it to our attention, that has gone missing in the past, but verifiably reappeared too. @AvoidedUniform Can I check when you last noticed the skin?

This is the sort of thing that will likely need to be addressed in a patch/server side update rather than an individual grant

It must have been shortly after the promo up to about the release of Octane. Took about a year break and noticed it gone recently. Saw on google it affected multiple people in june of 2019

I have the same issue as OP and when i contacted EA Help they sent me here even tho i said that you sent another person with same issue. she wouldnt help me cuz she didnt have a so called option to cehck "missing twitch prime skins". so what are we suppose to do since we cant get help from any EA support staff?

I had this twitch prime skin from like season 1 and it was my only good skin for pathfinder, since then Ive used it exclusively. so imagine how surprised i was when it went missing when me and some palls were playing, i pick path and my skins missing. Idk when it went missing but it had to happen some time between seasons 2 and 6 because thats when i stopped playing for a bit. Ive contacted EA HELP and they sent me back here and looking at some of the posts, Im not the only one with this issue. I hope this gets resolved.

@EA_DavidHello, I am having the same issue. I reinstalled Apex about a week ago after having it uninstalled for over a year. I claimed the Omega Point Pathfinder skin back in April of 2019 and now it is gone. I logged in on February 6, 2021 and my Pathfinder had the skin equipped but the skin was not listed. After one game of using the skin, the skin disappeared and is no longer on my account.
