Missing Arena Win Streak Badge

Where did the issue occur? Missing Arena Badge
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. n/a
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. n/a
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No they did not.
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 9
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 6/8/2022
How often does the bug occur? 100%
How severe is your issue? Severe
What happens when the bug occurs? Missing Badge
What should be happening instead? Arena Win Streak badge is not showing up even for unlock. I had 9 win streak from last night and my friend got it but not me. I played with him to get it.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know ☹️

    Thanks for the post. Unfortunately we don't have any way to grant badges via the forum, but I'd like to gather any info I can.

    Did you happen to disconnect at any point? Were you or your friend the party leader?
    It's probably a long shot, but do you happen to have any clips that might highlight where this fails, like the end of the last match you played?

    I understand where you're coming from but its not like I'm trying to make you give me an achievement I didn't earn. I'm saying the achievement is not there at all.  The achievement is supposed to be grayed out and display how many wins you have in a streak currently. There should be 4 badges there in the picture not 3, and if I didn't earn the badge it should be grayed out. In this game you can see all the badges and achievements available in the menu but you cannot equip it on your character unless you have unlocked it. I do not have a clip of the end of the last match I played but I do not think that should apply here... The game is bugged on my account from EA. I play on Steam

    I dont want you to grant me a badge.... I want you to fix the bug in my menu screen regarding the badge...

    that way I can SEE the badge I SHOULD already have AVAILABLE ((NOW) unlocked also since  I won 9 times in a row ))

    I went on a 28 arena win streak with rampart and it even shows it in my stats, yet somehow I don't even have the badge for winning 2 in a row 🤷‍♂️

    Me and my teammate just went on an 11 win streak in arenas, my teammate has the arena win streak badge. But I do not have the badge at all. My in game stats show I have an 11 game win streak but in the arenas badge tab I don’t have it. I rlly want the badge and hoping you can give me access to a badge I earned. Thank you - Rheuben
