    Hey @NMJR_miyabi

    Have you tried starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference?

    If there's anything else running that might be affecting the mouse sensitivity that may help get around it. For more info on how to set up a Clean Boot check out the EA Help website. Once you've had the chance to give that a try please let me know how it goes.

    Thank you!

    /Kent

  • Hi @EA_Kent, thanks for your reply

    I've not done Clean Boot, but this problem is temporary stopped after reboot, and it suddenly start with using pc for a long time as 1~2 days.

    So I think any startup applications and ms services started with boot is not cause this problem.
    And this mouse acceleration is happened only when cursor is off as fps view, not happened when open an inventory or system menu, lobby. So I consider this problem is caused by system status and game program now.

    Shoud I share an MSInfo report when it's happened again?

    @NMJR_miyabi

    Thank you for sending the MSINFO!

    As I was reading the diagnostics I saw that Razer Synapse has some entries in the error logs. I am wondering if that might be why the mouse settings feel like they are changing. Have you checked to see if there are any updates available for Razer Synapse?

    For more information on how to check for updates visit the Razer Support website. Let me know if you are still having any problems with your mouse after that. Thanks!

    /Kent

  • @EA_Kent Thanks!

    I always keep it up-to-date. So I will try to monitor error logs and Razer Synapse.
    If it's happened again, I post here with more detail again as well as possible and also contact Razer.
    Thanks!
