My apex keeps kicking me out of games

Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Multiple places the latest being fight night and a hilly area on olympus
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Running towards the circle

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing is weird I just freeze and get booted
What should be happening instead? The game should be playing normally and I was running
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know why it happens it just does
I have been experiencing connectivity issues for the past week or so with the game booting me at random times and I dont know why because im playing normally like it should be played
I also have been getting another glitch of when I get killed in the fight night arena that when I respawn I cant use any guns or abillities just like if I was still in the arena
