my game is’nt working

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Loba
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? Loba
Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was trying to play arenas and trying to log in and it would let me in and then I couldn’t see my guns and making me leave the matches and lobby’s
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Playing arenas with a mate
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? it’s been going on for a week I didn’t know how to contact u
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) I don’t remember the day
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? So It took me 8 or 9 try’s to get into the game and then it would let me my sound won’t work n I can’t seem my weapons when I play and the sound is just all over the place
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play the game normal
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk how u can tbh

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
