How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Omega point Skin was there and now it is gone
What should be happening instead? I should have the skin available to me in the selection screen

So i contacted EA last week about this issue. They told me it wasnt their problem and that I needed to contact twitch and amazon customer support. So I contacted amazon customer support and they told me to contact twitch. I contacted twitch and they told be that it needed to be resolved by amazon. 

I talked to amazon again and they told me that it shows I claimed the skin in Feburary and since it was in the game that EA needed to fix it. Since after it is claimed and in the game it is permanently in your account. They have no control of Apex and it would need to be solved by them.

I called EA back and they had me unlink and relink my account and then clear the cache on my xbox because my octane skin also hasn't showed up yet and amazon said I claimed that as well. Long story short I am still missing the "omega point" pathfinder and the "whiplash" octane prime skins.

Idk I just want my twitch prime pathfinder back. After taking a long break of playing I noticed my twitch prime pathfinder was gone. Just confused I saw some people on reddit saying its a bug.
