I have created a new account and reached the required level (40) to obtain the Legend Token, but I am unable to receive it even though I have completed all the required tasks. Therefore, I need help solving this issue.

This shouldn't occur going forward, but some additional corrections may still need to be made for accounts already affected. That sounds like it may be the case here, once I have any further updates I'll let you know.
