ps4 i didn't get my revenant heirloom when i bought 24 packs

What should be happening instead? i open 24 heirloom packs then a 25 heirloom pack is available to open
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? buy 24 heirloom packs for revenant. go to play screen or start page where you see your character standing there. open the 24 heirloom packs.
i bought all 24 packs. i unlocked them on the main screen not in the 24 box screen. and i didn't get my revenant heirloom after opening all 24 boxes.
i opened the heirloom boxes before but stayed in the heirloom sotre screen and there was no problem, this time i bought the heirloom packs went to buy the revenant hero then i opened the heirloom packs i presume inthe start screen because i forget then after opening 24 heirloom packs i didn't get a 25 pack to open which is my heirloom.

@SkyMirage25 Hey, can you check your inventory today, to see if the heirloom is present. We've seen them go out to affected folks, but I don't see it on your account.
If not, can you contact support again? I know you have in the past, but there's been some updates to the Apex known issues since your last contact
@gg123xyz I mentioned it in your other thread, but it looks like you have the heirloom now.
