[PS4] There was a problem processing game logic --- ui/userinfo.nut#38

Where did the issue occur? When starting the game

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Error screen.(There was a problem processing game logic)
What should be happening instead? Log in normally
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just log in on ps4 maybe?

Been happening since before last update. Uncertain if it started with the update before that or just randomly

    This is an issue we're currently investigating affecting certain language packs on PlayStation.

    As a temporary workaround, changing your console language to English should let you log back in to play. Thanks for the patience in the meantime while we're looking into this further!

    This is an issue we're currently investigating affecting certain language packs on PlayStation.

    As a temporary workaround, changing your console language to English should let you log back in to play. Thanks for the patience in the meantime while we're looking into this further!

  • Hello so i decided to download apex again on my ps4 after i downloaded it. But when i got into the new apex s20 it just say things behind an # like #mainmenu-continue or something. When i clicked the load button it took me to a screen with two black boxes at the left down of the screen. One reading “there was a problem processing the game logic. Please try again” and the other saying “ui/userinfo.nut #38 [ui] error formatting and localizing number ‘1’ ‘0’.” I waited for a bit and it did nothing. When i pressed a button it took me back to the main screen and continued doing nothing. No button works and i even tried restting and even redownloading it. It only happens when i play apex so if someone is willing to help it would be much appreciated.

    You need to change the system language on your playstation to english 
    🙂 At least that worked for me. They are apparently working on the issue, but for now that's the solution.



    On the playstation:

    Go to Settings

    ---->

    Language

    ---->

    System Language

    ---->

    English (United Kingdom) (US may work to, but i've only tried UK)

    ---

    May have to restart the console, then try starting the game

    Hey @xherkkuyt,

    We're aware this error is still preventing the game from launching when using certain languages, and are still working to get this fixed up.

    In the meantime you'll need to change your console language to something else, such as English. That should let you get back in-game while we continue working on the issue, thanks!
