Community AdminHi, you can actually access the custom look controls, if you scroll to the bottom of the general controls page there's a very small and easy to miss clickable bar, this will give you the Custom Look Controls.
I'll mark this as a solution to increase visibility and help folks to access the options, until this gets fixed.

I haven't gone near controller settings on PC, did that section in your pic look different before the patch? The issue seems to have been caused by a console UI addition that wasn't made to the PC version.

Thank you! Someone told me to use my D-pad instead of my thumbstick to scroll and I was able to access the settings even though the ALC tab is still not visible.
