Google wifi access point extension that is hardwired to the pc. That being said, this is a new issue, I played apex since launch with no problems on this setup.

Can you run that test one more time? I"m curious if you get similar results. Also, this issue is currently under investigation so it's possible this is on our end. If that's the case, we'll have to wait and see if an update comes out to resolve it.

    Hello, @safety1g

Did you try the suggestion with updating Nvidia graphics drivers using the express method and then launching the game through the GeForce Experience?

  • @EA_Aljo just checked drivers are up to date and launching through GeForce experience makes no difference.

This is an issue we're investigating so for now, you'll just have to wait and see if an update resolves it. If we find any other potential resolutions, I'll update this thread.

  • @EA_Aljo I play on console Xbox one. I get infinite loading screen when starting a match and finishing one as well. I've never had this problem until a few weeks ago 2 or 3.

    Hello, @islandboyyosh

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
