So basically every time I tried to load into a match I can’t see my teammates banner and sometimes my own but at least I can’t see 2 characters it’s not that it effects anything but just kind of annoying especially when you have an heirloom

@EA_DavidI don't have adaptive super sampling on, it is greyed out because I don't have a target FPS. The "pose" characters are often missing from the frames at the start and end of games for me. This has never happened before the last update.

@PistolSkin Yep, this is something that's happened from the patch and it's affecting a bunch of folks. It seems there isn't one single fix, and a full resolution will need to come in a patch. 

Same for me on pc, but turning on TSAA fixed it for now. Still an update related issue that needs to be fixed

This might help go to the setting > Video > Anti Aliasing > put it on TSSA the black screen will be gone but here is this will affect your GPU for those who have average PC like me or low I will not recommend this for this might affect your gameplay for those who have high-end PC this will solve your problem.

So I turned on TAA and switched it off again which got rid of the black boxes.... however now everr banner in squad and champion screens are just my selected character model.

mine was never on and i still get the bug

They just don't care!

Put your adaptive resolution to something you won't have problems exceeding, like 1 or 2 fps, then the adaptive supersampling menu becomes active again , then select disabled.

If it's greyed out it just seems to not actually act like it's disabled any more.

Hello, there was an update today, and i seem to no longer have this issue, it doesn't matter if i have the adaptive supersampling enabled or disabled, and it works okay with every legend, so i think they fixed it, would need confirmation from more players to know if it was just me.

Turning that setting on makes it go from sharp and crisp to soft-edge garbage. I'll take the black banners for now.

I have a similar issue. I am not missing banners, but I am missing banner poses. It seems to be random. Sometimes my banner pose doesn't display. Sometimes it is someone else in the squad. It seems to happen more with animated poses (epic) more often than the static ones.
