I have the same issue.
i used to play with L1 to jump which means i switched the (x) with (L1) in the setting.
if you have done any changes in the button layout, try to change it to the original and try looting.
that solved my issue for now ( they still have to fix it )
Note:
best way to keep testing is using loba ult in the firing range
Community AdminIve still got the problem today, ended up making me not really play at all today. I will try to swap to default button layout tomorrow. But the weird thing is that I have experienced the problem once before, lasting only a few games though. At least now I'm not the only one with this problem
I had the same issue on PC, I have kinda strange bindings so I have Character Utility Action bound to mouse 1. However, this update seems to make it so I can't loot death boxes with that binding. It worked just fine before this update.
@EA_David I’m having the same issue. It was after the Genesis update that this started happening.

I am having the same issue. I can't loot the death boxes. I can't get attachments from my kills or heals. I can't scroll down in Lobas ult as well. It really sucks and makes it difficult to play.
