Will our tracker start over or will we be credited for previous progress?

Good question @Muddabber777.

This earlier message from Respawn indicates they're working on something for those that lost progress due to this issue, but we don't currently have more details just yet.

Now that the underlying issue has been fixed I'd keep an eye on their Twitter page (or this thread) for more updates about that make-good once the info's available.  

My stats got reset from 10k now again to -1/-1 so i don't think the fix was successful. When are the "Make good" thing coming i wonder, i would like to have the Tier 3 now cause i have almost lost hope in this skin and want a refund.

My skin is still present (the max skin) but my progress is still showing as locked. I am a bit afraid to ever switch bloodhound skins as fear of losing it etc. Can someone please work with me to understand why the progress is showing locked but I still have the obtained max skin? Thank you.

Any word on the “make-good”? 

They supposedly fixed the issue last wednesday, but my challenge has reset again since then so I don't think they actually fixed it. Also no word on the make good

Hey after the update I still haven't received my damaged for bloodhound it was close to 30k im.back down to 4k not really using him anymore....

This has not been forgotten, though I'm afraid we don't have any further updates on the make good at this point.

I would keep an eye out on Respawn's Twitter page for announcements as they have one, and we'll mirror that in here as well.
